The amount insured must represent the value of stocks including all charges related.
Cover for Refrigerated stocks are specified in the policy schedule against loss or damage because of:
- Temperature rise or fall of a refrigerated chamber due to damage of machinery where the damage is insured, failure in supply of public electricity to the point of attachment to the business resulting in accidental damage, and failed thermostats, pressure controls and other limiting devices.
- Escape of refrigerant gas or liquid into the refrigeration chamber causing contamination.
